This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in our primary privacy policy and applies ot the use of the analytics and reporting services and tools offered by fullthrottle.aiTM (“Tools”). This fullthrottle.aiTM Tools - Privacy Notice for California Residents applies solely to consumers who reside in the State of California. The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) grants certain rights to California residents to access or delete the Personal Information that we have collected about them, to opt-out of the sale of their Personal Information by us to a third party, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
I. Right to Access
You have the right to request what Personal Information we collected, used, disclosed, and sold about you within the preceding twelve (12) months. Once we receive your request and verify your identity, we will disclose to you the information we have collected about you as required by the CCPA, including:
- The categories specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you.
- The categories of sources from which Personal Information was collected.
- The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling the Personal Information.
- The categories of third parties with whom we share Personal Information.
- The categories of Personal Information we have disclosed for a business purpose.
- The categories of Personal Information we sold about you.
- The categories of third parties we sold Personal Information to, by category or categories of Personal Information for each third party to which the Personal Information was sold.
II. Right to Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Information that we collect or maintain. Once we receive your request and verify your identity, we will delete, and direct our service providers to delete, your Personal Information from our records, unless an exception applies under the CCPA. We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer, device, or household (“personal information”). We do not collect any additional categories of personal information or use the personal information we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.

- Category C: Protected classification characteristics under California or federal law.

These sales and/or disclosures have been to the following category of third parties: fullthrottle.aiTM customers and partners with various automotive manufacturers (“OEMs”) as a part of their respective certified marketing programs.
To the extent fullthrottle.aiTM further sells personal information collected, such sales and your rights with respect to such sales are disclosed in fullthrottle.ai’s primary privacy policy located at https://www.fullthrottle.ai/privacy-policy/.
fullthrottle.aiTM does not have actual knowledge that it sells Personal Information of minors under the age of sixteen (16) years.
V. Right to Non-Discrimination
You have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment if and when you exercise your rights to access, delete, or opt-out under the CCPA. This means we cannot, for example, deny goods or services to you or charge different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties, due to you having exercised your rights.
VI. Exercising Your Rights
To exercise your right to access or delete your Personal Information, please submit a verifiable consumer request or via telephone at 888.474.1724. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access twice within a 12-month period.
Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. If you are an authorized agent making a request on behalf of another individual, you must provide us with documentation of your registration with the California Secretary of State, as well as written documentation that you are authorized to act on behalf of that individual.
For requests submitted via telephone or email, you must provide us with sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected the Personal Information and describe your request with sufficient detail to allow us to properly evaluate and respond to it. If we are not able to verify your identity for access and deletion requests with the information provided, we may ask you for additional pieces of information.
We aim to respond to your request for access or deletion within forty-five (45) days of receiving the request. If we need more time to respond to your request, we will let you know of the reason and the extension period in writing.
